RSM International seeked to launch it’s “2030 Strategic Growth” campaign in 2022 following 15% revenue growth in just one year. Their aim was to get to 100% growth by 2030 by shifting to an insight-driven, digital forward organization. They focused on shifting their workforce to a hybrid model, increasing headcount, and expanding globally, as well as developing their “RSM Orb”, a tool for investment in AI, automation, and expanded data analytics. I was directly responsible for the creation of a transformation learning map that was to be facilitated to many of their global markets. RSM subsequently saw a 16% global revenue increase in 2023 to $9.4 billion, and a 6% increase in 2024, surpassing $10 billion.
