Union Pacific reached unprecedented growth in 2024 and was expanding at a rapid pace. Far more rapidly than it could logistically keep up with. I was part of a team brought on to help manage, organize, and strategize priorities and funding, as well as facilitating operational changes to approximately 30,000 employees in a wide variety of roles. I was directly responsible for creating strategic design visuals to help with the project, from initial iterative process to final illustrated design. We also created interactive materials focused on operational excellence, business strategy, and sustainability.
